FNIS won't run

Javascript Disabled Detected You currently have javascript disabled. And this is not like to be the case because FNIS seems not run at all. Currently all my downloaded mods including FNIS are in a folder on my desktop for ease of finding them. There's like mod folders and files I have it on the space bar as I have already tried it out.
